The length of this presentation is approximately 45 minutes and can be facilitated in person or virtually.

This presentation is designed to help employees identify action steps to combat the symptoms of burnout. The length of this presentation is approximately 45 minutes and can be facilitated both in-person and virtually.
Mindfulness and Movement at the Workplace
This presentation will bring light to ways of finding movement during the workday. From simple breathing practices to myofascial release movements and restorative stretches, there are endless ways to find movement and mindfulness throughout the workday! Chair Yoga
Choose between a 20-, 30-, or 45-minute practice to bring your office through a variety of fun and easy to learn movements that they can accomplish from the comfort of their office chairs! This program is offered both virtually or in person and is open for yogis of all experience levels.
