15 Days of Gratitude

15 Days of Gratitude surrounded by leaves and berries

As we go through our daily lives, it's easy to get caught up in our own needs and desires. However, it's important to take a step back and express gratitude for all the blessings in our lives. Whether it's a kind gesture from a stranger, the love of family and friends, or our health and well-being, there's always something to be thankful for. Expressing gratitude not only brings joy and positivity into our own lives but also helps to uplift the people around us. It can be as simple as saying thank you or showing appreciation through a small act of kindness.

We are encouraging university employees to participate in this 15 Days of Gratitude program to inspire them to learn more about the benefits of expressing gratitude. From November 27th to December 15th, program participants will receive a morning email (Monday-Friday, no weekends). Each email will provide information and resources related to the daily gratitude theme, along with actionable steps and exercises to practice gratitude in our daily lives. We hope this program will not only help us all develop a stronger sense of gratitude but also foster a more positive and supportive culture within our university community.

Registration for the program is now closed.
