Diabetes Prevention ProgramHeart Health For Life
Heart Health For Life is a 10-week, evidence-informed workplace wellness program designed to help employees better understand, manage, and improve their blood pressure through sustainable lifestyle change and supportive coaching. Grounded in principles from self-measured blood pressure monitoring (SMBP), lifestyle medicine, and behavior change science, the program combines education, accountability, and skill-building in a supportive group environment.
Heart Health For LifePathways to Healthy Living
Pathways To Healthy Living is a 12-week virtual well-being program designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge, confidence, and readiness to adopt sustainable lifestyle habits. Through guided education, peer support, and practical skill-building, participants will explore core wellness topics such as nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and sleep health.

With the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska care program, nurse care managers will support and guide you to better health. Whether that is to reduce your risk for illness, improve weight loss or better manage a health condition or a complex health problem.
With this program, you work with a nurse care manager, either through our mobile health app or over the phone, to create a personalized plan. Our nurses can help you:
- Achieve and maintain healthy weight
- Manage high blood pressure and cholesterol
- Decrease blood sugar and A1C levels
- Reduce stress and identify triggers
- Manage pain

HealthierU is participating in the 2025 Mayor's Local Food Challenge by teaming up with Robinette Farms! Robinette Farms is a local family ran farm that grow Certified Organic microgreens and salad greens and raise 100% grass-fed beef. They have partnered with over 30 local producers to help our community have better access to fresh, locally grown and raised foods through their local food subscription program!

HealthierU Virtual Programs and Challenges are online activities designed to support your wellbeing through healthy habits and goal-oriented participation. Unlike the small group programs, these are short term ( 4-6 weeks) and focus on a specific action or goal.
Depending on the activity, participants may focus on personal growth and behavior change or engage in friendly competition individually or as part of a team.
