On this page you will find an outline of all the programs, events, and challenges that will take place over the next 12 months. We are excited to announce that we are now organizing all programming into 4 unique themes. Each quarter will have its own specific group challenge, individual challenges, events, webinars, and so much more! Each quarter will also have its own unique opportunities to earn well-being points which will be used to earn your way towards different well-being levels of achievement. Click on the different themes below to learn more about the events, challenges, and well-being point items that are specific to each theme!

Well-Being Incentive Points
From January 6, 2025, through November 30, 2025, participants will have the opportunity to complete a variety of activities, tasks, and challenges to earn well-being points. These points that will be accumulated over the calendar year will be put towards a participant ranking status ( view below). View the chart below to see what tasks are available, the point value associated with the tasks, and how you can earn those points. Most of the sections below will require a participant to submit a form to receive points, a few will require participants to attend in person events and use their check-in at the event as proof of participation. Please note, there are certain tasks that can only be completed during certain points of the year. These tasks are indicated in the "Quarter Theme" section of the chart below. Details on those specific tasks can be found by viewing the quarterly details on each of the sections listed early on this webpage.
