As if football wasn’t competitive enough, the College of Business has kicked it up a notch with friendly competition between colleagues. Every fall the employees within the College of Business participate in Husker Score’em where they submit their guess for the upcoming weekend’s Husker Football scores. The individual who guesses closest to the final score wins the weekly prize. And what is the prize you ask? It’s Wayne McTrollerson, the traveling trophy AND appointed Director of Husker Spirit! The best part, he even has his own Clifton Strengths on his nametag: Competition, WOO, Self-Assurance, Adaptability and Learner. The winner of Husker Score’em gets to display Wayne on their desk for the whole week. What a great way to keep up the competitive Husker spirit in the office during football season!
