Rest & Reset
This pilot program aims to support the mental and emotional well-being of university employees by providing accessible resources through mindfulness practices and gentle restorative movement.
The program will be delivered through two primary formats:
In-Person Pop-Up Sessions: 25-minute restorative movement sessions held at key campus locations, including the University Health Center, the City Campus Recreation Center (Room 056), and the Recreation and Wellness Center (Room 110).
Virtual Mindfulness Breaks:
Bi-weekly, 20-minute sessions offered in a webinar format. These guided breaks incorporate mindfulness meditation, chair yoga, and restorative breathwork to promote stress reduction and help employees build sustainable self-care habits.
