Pathways To Healthy Living

Pathways To Healthy Living is a 12-week virtual well-being program designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge, confidence, and readiness to adopt sustainable lifestyle habits. Through guided education, peer support, and practical skill-building, participants will explore core wellness topics such as nutrition, physical, stress reduction, and sleep health.

Program Themes

Over the 12 weeks of the program, the live virtual sessions are organized by the following themes:

Week 1: Introduction

Weeks 2-6: Nutrition

Week 7: Stress Management

Weeks 8-10: Physical Activity

Week 11: Sleep Habits

Week 12: Program Conclusion

The Spring 2026 registration opens 1/5/2026. Registration will remain active until all spaces are fill or until 2/6/2026 at 5 p.m. CST.
