March 19, 2026 at 12:15 p.m. CST, Sapp Recreation Facility
Most of us spend hours each day sitting, and it's quietly taking a toll on our posture, energy, and long-term health. In this eye-opening session, participants discover how daily work habits may be accelerating the aging process and, more importantly, what we can do to reverse the damage. From simple desk stretches to posture habits that protect our spine for decades to come, participants will walk away with practical tools we can use immediately, at work, at home, and everywhere in between. Because staying young isn't just about how old we are, it's about how well we move!
This session is open to University of Nebraska-Lincoln employees!
Lunch will be provided!
